At On the Go Memphis, we strive to keep it simple when it comes to determining client fees. Our fees are structured to allow clients to hire us for a one-time, specific service, or on a more regular basis. Regular services start at $35 per hour, and virtual and in-person services have a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, we bill in quarter hour increments, at a rate of $9/quarter hour. You will receive a detailed invoice after each service, so there’s no question about the time you’re paying for.

Standard Operating Procedures

·      Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

·      Special arrangements for evening and weekend work can be made in advance, at a rate of $45/hour to start.

·      We work by appointment only. Flexible arrangements can be made in the event of an “emergency,”  billed at the weekend rate.

·      Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, money orders and debit/credit cards via PayPal. In some circumstances, checks will be accepted, if prior arrangements are negotiated.

Discount programs

·      We offer a 5% per-service discount to all clients who pre-pay using Visa, Mastercard or Paypal

·      Active and Retired Military personnel receive a 10% discount off regular rates for any On the Go Memphis personal assistant package

·      Regular clients who sign a minimum three-month contract are billed at a retainer rate, which includes 30% off their first month’s service.

·      Corporate customers who purchase multiple services (minimum of eight hours worth) will receive a 5% discount off the total rate.

·      Through our client appreciation program, On the Go Memphis will award a $25 credit to any current client who refers a new person to our firm. Credits are awarded after the referral has paid in-full for their services.

o        Discount programs cannot be combined. If clients are eligible for more than one, On the Go Memphis will recognize the largest discount.
